The O

After reading good reviews on the Cloud 9 O rollers I decided it was time to try them out for myself...

These amazing rollers are different to most other rollers on the market - they heat from the inside out so they are not hot to pick up. I found them very easy to use - all you need to do is put a roller into the O and wait until it beeps and the indicator light will stay green. A small circle at the end of the roller will turn red to show it is hot and 'bob's your uncle' they are ready to use!

There are five sizes of rollers depending on what effect you'd like - 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm and 60mm
The smaller the roller the tighter the curl so if your looking for a loose wavy look I would recommend the 50mm and 60mm. Its also a good idea to put the smaller ones at the bottom and put the bigger rollers through the top as it gives more of a natural look.
It is easier if you have someone to help you put them in, especially with the back sections and also to tell you when the red circle turns black (which means they are ready to be taken out)

Here's a photo of the rollers in action...

The O Pod retail's for - £152.95

The roller's retail for - £17.95 (Each pack contains 4 roller's)

For the O clip's - £3.95 (to hold the roller's in place)
Size 1 (20mm, 30mm, 40mm)
Size 2 (50mm, 60mm)

You can also buy the Amplifier Spray to add volume which comes in at £12.95

You can find information and purchase 'The O' on the Cloud 9 website - http://www.cloudninehair.com/

In my opinion having used the roller's I think it would be hard to use them on your own, however it is easier than doing a curly blow dry on yourself which is great as they are not hot to hold making it safer.
The roller's are fab and very quick if you're looking for a speedy style - if you have someone to help you apply them that's also a bonus! I personally think they are quite pricey for the results you get. Speaking as a hairdresser I would advise normal heated rollers as they come in alot cheaper and are able to get alot hotter than these.
I know too much heat is not great for the hair but if you're using them occasionally and use a good heat protector spray it's not too damaging. Overall, the curl you'l get with normal heated rollers will last a similar amount of time to these O rollers but they are a little more tricky and take a little bit longer to do compared to the O. So if your looking for convenience and a quick glam look these are great but won't last you through a big night out night!

I hope this honest review has been helpful for anyone out there looking to purchase or interested in the 'O'. If you have any questions comment below or ask me on twitter - tazzikardashian :)

Tazzi xoxo
